With agencies, you pay ongoing fees and the VA works for the agency, not you. With Crewya, you hire directly. The VA becomes part of your team. We just handle the paperwork, payments, and provide pre-trained candidates. One-time match, long-term relationship.
The 10% fee covers payment processing, tax document handling (W-8BEN, 1099s), compliance for international hires, and ongoing platform support. No hidden fees, no subscriptions. VAs keep 100% of what they earn — employers pay all processing fees.

Yes. Every VA on Crewya completes industry-specific training before they can be hired. They learn the tools you use (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber), dispatching workflows, call handling scripts, and customer service best practices. They show up ready to work.
